This Impartiality Compliance Policy is set to provide clear directions to employees during their employment at RLP and while performing their duties and responsibilities. The RLP management and employees are responsible for making compliance a vital part of our business process and future success and are expected to comply with the policy.
 
We ensure that the below mentioned policy is implemented through our internal Quality System processes, procedures and audits. 

 
  1. Integrity:
All activities at RLP shall be performed honestly, in a professional, independent and impartial manner. RLP shall not tolerate any influence in respect to any deviation either from its SOP’s, procedures and or reporting of accurate results. RLP Reports and certificates shall correctly present the actual findings, professional opinions and reported in good faith and shall not be improperly changed.
 
  1. Conflict of Interest:
RLP employees shall avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts of interest in our business transactions and services by taking into account specific requirements and by applying dedicated internal procedures. It is essential that the employees remain free of, or disclose, commitments and relationships that involve, or could involve, a conflict of interest. Therefore, no immediate relatives of the RLP employees shall be hired as permanent/contractual staff. RLP employees are also prohibited from taking interest in the production, manufacturing or trading of the inspected products.
 
  1. Confidentiality:
All information received in the course of the provision of RLP services shall be treated as business confidential to the extent that such information is not already published, generally available to third parties or otherwise in the public domain. All RLP employees are personally committed by the signature of a business secrecy undertaking, which including not to disclose any confidential information regarding one client to any party outside, and not to try to make a personal profit from any information obtained in the course of your employment with RLP, and don’t allow or facilitate the entry of unauthorized persons to your premises.
 
  1. Anti-bribery:
All RLP employees are prohibited from accepting any offer, gift, or bribe in any form direct or indirect, including kickbacks on any portion of a contract payment. They are discouraged to use RLP funds or assets for any unethical purpose and the use of other routes or channels for provision of improper benefits or receipt of improper benefits from customers, agents, contractors, suppliers or employees of any such party, or government officials. Surprise on-site monitoring and procedural audits are carried out frequently to avoid any corrupt practices. In case of any proved incident of bribery, immediate employment termination will occur.
 
  1. Fair Marketing:
Our marketing shall be conducted in a truthful and professional manner, which will not mislead or be likely to mislead and that is consistent with applicable laws. We shall present our company in a fair and reasonable manner and ensure that presentational information is accurate and categorical.
